About the Opportunity

• Document processes by performing detailed walkthroughs and job shadowing of key personnel
• Identify high risk areas and weaknesses. Recommend policies and procedures to mitigate risks, improve efficiencies and to strengthen production controls
• Perform financial internal control testing activities across each business unit
• Establish appropriate planning, sample size selection and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Incorporate automated audit techniques and data base report writing tools to assist in reviewing large amount of information and identifying risks and opportunities
• Compare procedures across each business unit and recommend and assist implementing best practice procedures for cost accounting, production controls and inventory management
• Communicate key findings with all department managers and assist in developing and executing a plan for corrective actions

About You

• CPA
• 7-8 years manufacturing experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of Plant Operations.

Salary Range

$110.000 - $130,000/year
