What You Will Be Doing
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst Sr Stf to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and technical subject matter expert supporting the development and integration of critical sustainment systems and tools. You’ll lead efforts to coordinate, implement, and enhance enterprise-wide logistics and supply chain solutions that enable global sustainment operations.
As the primary point of contact for key systems such as SPM, SAP, SEEBASS, and RPA, you’ll play a central role in driving technical alignment, tool adoption, and process improvements across the organization. You’ll also work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and program leadership to ensure that solutions meet business needs and operational goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact the effectiveness of global sustainment efforts through systems innovation, project leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead coordinator for SPM system implementation and sustainment-related SAP enhancements
- Act as the business owner for SPM and SAP tools related to repairs, spares, demands, and inventory management
- Represent Sustainment Supply as the business owner and adoption lead for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute requirements that support global sustainment operations
- Participate in customer-level meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and planning sessions to align technical solutions with program objectives
- Review system design documents to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contractual requirements
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise across tools such as ATLAS, SAP, ALIS, GOLDesp, and SEEBASS
- Support performance metrics tracking and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Engage with the SO&L Agile Cells and serve as a subject matter expert as needed to support cross-functional initiatives
- Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
