OPERATIONS ANALYST

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

• Assist with inventory management and adjustments via WMS application.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly and yearly inventory reports.
• Publish inventory reports, provide support and inventory analysis for all Hensley regional leadership.
• Utilize 3rd party routing software to facilitate daily deliveries for multiple distribution centers.
• Support internal customers by adjusting orders and planning routes to align customer needs with staffing.
• Build and maintain reporting based on sales data, delivery and inventory trends.
• Utilize data trends to recommend efficient ordering and delivery processes.
• Provide source knowledge related to inventory transactions, movement and process functions within WMS system.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Preferred experience in beverage sales or distribution.
• Strong understanding of RAS and WMS processes.
• Ability to read data trends and provide insightful feedback.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
