Kforce is looking for an Operations Analyst for an onsite, contract opportunity with an organization in the Overland Park, KS area. Responsibilities: * Expected to primarily work at the desk located within designated office reception area * Welcomes employees, clients, and guests with exceptional positivity and customer service; Notifies the relevant person of their arrival through Teams or email * Completes location specific security registration for all outside guests and new Office Operations Vendors * Greets all employees and issues temporary security badges as needed and is responsible for maintaining tracking related to issued badges; Retrieves temp badges * Processes approved catering requests * Ensures delivery of catering requests to designated meeting locations and sets up catering within the room; Checks to make sure catering cleaned up after meeting * Notifies local Office Operations team of Canteen Vendor-related concerns * Notifies local Office Operations team of Office Supply Vendor-related concerns * Manages employee deliveries; Notifies employees of need to retrieve deliveries * Assists in responding to employee requests submitted to local Office Operations email help desk * Assists planning and executing local office meetings, special events, and cultural activities * Fulfills client and employee gift requests in partnership with the affiliate operations team* 3-5 years of experience * Familiar with procedures for requesting local facility maintenance support * Trained in and familiar with local emergency procedures * Understands that providing high quality customer service is the top priority * Strong interpersonal and employee/client interaction abilities * Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively * Willingness to pitch in with all assignments tied to Office Operations * Proactive thinker that identifies and escalates potential opportunities or issues * Quality-minded with a high-level of attention to detail in executing all deliverables * Advanced written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Flexibility/Adaptability
