Title: Operations Analyst

Grid Power Direct, LLC is a rapidly growing Retail Energy Supplier based In Brooklyn, NY with operations in nine states and 25 utilities around the country.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Support existing client management efforts in monthly reporting, data management, client requests
• Creating Excel revenue projections for prospective clients using company proprietary model
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, supervising deliverables and troubleshooting issues
• Work closely with regulatory team to ensure timely compliance filing submissions and monthly reports to state commissions
• Assist on territory expansion by preparing state/utility applications
• Monitor internal software systems with error detection, Quality Assurance reporting, and communication with customers
• Support sales team with lead generation, market research, sales forecasts and maintaining CRM system
• Help accounting team with maintaining company cash flow projections

• Will directly add value to rapidly growing business with room for growth and more diverse projects
• Hands on learning about real estate, energy/utilities, finance fields
• Willing to get involved in any project and multi-task with different projects
• Applicant must be detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer/Vendor relationship experience
• Experience in retail energy industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 per year
