Job description Our Client: A reputable investment firm Role Overview: 1. Work closely with business units to identify, assess, monitor and control operational risk; 2. Conduct reviews to identify possible operational risks and provide recommendations to address the control weakness; monitor the implementation progress of the enhanced controls; 3. Conduct due diligence pertaining to new products/ services as well as insourced/ outsourced activities, give advice on operational risk management matters; 4. Work closely with business/ support units to effectively manage operational risk in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements; 5. Lead team member(s) to perform daily work; 6. Provide training on operational risk management; 7. Perform ad hoc projects as required. Ideal Profile 1. Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other related discipline; 2. Holder of relevant Professional Qualification or overseas exposure will be an advantage; 3. Familiar with the operations of brokerage, asset management; 4. Minimum 5 years operational risk management or related areas experience; 5. Knowledge with Credit Risk is a plus; 6. Accustom to multi-tasking with ability to prioritize; 7. Attention to details, good analytical and interpersonal skills; 8.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.
