This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Analyst located in Redford, MI. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational data, preparing comprehensive reports, assisting with financial analysis, and working closely with the customer service and finance teams. Daily tasks include monitoring the performance of operational systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
