Summary

New York office Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees the daily work activities of the office in-person at Perpetual's NYC office ‍ Duties/Responsibilities: Will assist with daily and weekly company events ie organizing standup meetings, weekly team in-person and remote hangouts, and monthly company meetings Will order supplies and snacks for the office as needed Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including supervising of maintenance, repairs and cleaning. Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Oversees petty cash fund Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed. Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records. Performs other related duties as assigned. Key Skills and Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to type at least 60 words per minute. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. ‍ Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required;Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred. At least two years of administrative and clerical experience required. ‍ Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
