Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
