As an Office Administrative Assistant you will provide dedicated, efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to company employees. The role will also include support for the Management Board and ad hoc administrative support to the BU Managers.
Main accountabilities:
• First point of contact for all incoming call, physical mail and visitors.
• Meets and Greets Visitors
• Uses different internal tools to perform daily tasks
• Helps with general office support activities (Photocopy, filing, fax, scan, receives/distribute of incoming mail, draft, type and dispatch correspondence)
• In involved in maintaining contact with travel agencies for Asseco employees upcoming business trips
Requirements:
Education: University diploma
Language: English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, preparing written statements and documents associated with performed tasks
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of operations of business office
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
