Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Office Management Unit as the Head of Unit, Office Management. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all office administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations across the organization.


Job Description


  • Enhance and enforce efficient office administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Periodically review and revise policies to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Track spending and ensure adherence to the budget, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Oversee office-related resources, including equipment and supplies, ensuring their availability and optimal use in both HQ and Regional Offices (RO).
  • Implement inventory control systems to monitor and maintain asset levels.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary services and supplies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure office is in compliant with OSHA/HSE policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Foster effective communication between departments and administrative staff. Ensure clear and consistent information flow within the organization.
  • Perform any other related duties as required to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
