Job Purpose

To drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions at Nirmitee.io, focusing on innovative applications in product engineering and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development :

• Design and implement advanced generative models (e.g. , GANs, VAEs, Transformers)
• Develop and optimize large language models for various applications
• Create AI-driven content generation systems for text, image, and potentially audio/video
  
  

AI Integration

• Integrate AI models into existing products and services
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement AI-driven features
  
  

Research And Innovation

• Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements and implement state-of-the-art techniques
• Conduct experiments to improve model performance and efficiency
  
  

Data Management

• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and implementing efficient data pipelines
• Develop strategies for data augmentation and synthetic data generation
  
  

Ethical AI

• Implement measures to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technologies
• Address biases and fairness issues in AI models
  
  

Collaboration And Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. , PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, and/or speech recognition technologies
• Understanding of cloud-based AI services and MLOps practices
