Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production, high quality, and safety compliance. Plays a key role in continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting new product introduction

Process Improvement and Optimization
- Conduct time studies and root cause analysis to eliminate waste
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve flow and reduce cycle times
- Use Six Sigma methods for quality and process improvements
Tooling and Equipment Management
- Coordinate with tool rooms for fixture/jig development
- Monitor equipment uptime and recommend upgrades or replacements
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules with Maintenance team

- Ensure machine and operator safety through risk assessments
