Job Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on senior backend engineer with great troubleshooting skills to join our engineering team. Experience with a fast-paced India/US product start-up or a product engineering services company in a senior front-end engineer role, building and managing a high-performance real-time system is mandatory.

Applicants must have a passion for engineering with accuracy and efficiency, be highly motivated and organized, able to work as part of a team, and also possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You Will

• Learn new technologies and architectures, including work with our Client's award winning Voice AI solution, Integrations with contact center providers like Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, voice based telephony, and new product development.
• Work with Product Management and leadership to bring your engineering experience to the table and ideate new features and functionality
• Help to create reliable, scalable, high performance software solutions deployed in a public cloud environment using the latest software, automations and testing tools available.
• Work on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good
  
  

software as well as making software achieve its operational goals.

• Develop Java based backend services
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum 5 years experience working as a Java platform developer in distributed systems
• Strong in Core Java, Data Structures, J2EE
• Practical experience in Spring MVC, Spring boot, Microservices architecture, Web Services
• Hands on with MySQL and DynamoDB and/or NoSQL databases, Hibernate
• Practical experience with Caching frameworks Memcached/Redis, Message Queues
• Familiarity and experience with CI/CD, Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts Maven/Ant, Kubernetes
• Should have built high performance, high availability REST APIs and REST clients.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Familiarity and experience with Kafka is a definite plus
• Experience with building analytics pipeline and analytics DB is a plus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
