Summary
About The Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Mobile Developers to join our growing mobile development team. The candidate will play a key role in developing and optimising innovative mobile applications (Android and iOS) built on flutter that deliver seamless and high-performance user experiences. You will work with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build and maintain large-scale applications using modern technologies.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
Must have strong proficiency in Flutter.
Strong understanding of Android and iOS components.
Experience with MVVM/MVP architecture patterns
Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and libraries like Retrofit and OkHttp.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and multi-threading..
Familiar with Git for version control and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with JUnit and Espresso for unit and UI testing.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices (e.g., encryption, secure storage).
Experience building large-scale apps that leverage cloud services like AWS and Firebase.
Familiarity with Python / NodeJs and backend development concepts is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Passionate about learning new technologies and tools.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers when necessary.
Stakeholder and cross-team collaboration is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in publishing and maintaining Android and iOS apps on the Google and Apple stores.
Exposure to mobile security practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure data storage.
Familiarity with advanced Android and iOS libraries and tools.
Knowledge of other programming languages like Java and Python.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
