Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Mobile app development

Primary Skills:

• Highly proficient in mobile development technologies
• Prototyping, designing, and developing mobile applications
• Experience with mobile app technologies (e.g., Android, iOS, cross-platform such as Hybrid, React Native)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate strategy

Secondary Skills:

• Partnering with stakeholders and end users to translate ideas and high-level specifications into new or enhanced mobile application solutions
• Mentoring junior resources and providing guidance to ensure all development standards and practices are adhered to
• Pursuing continuous improvement in development processes, standards, and quality
• Coaching, mentoring, and leading a diverse group of lean/agile software engineers
• Working with product owners across businesses to understand market needs and vision; quickly translating that vision into demonstrable applications
• Quickly defining and delivering working software prototypes
• Collaborating with product owners and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans
• Working directly with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs
• Communicating effectively with the immediate team and leadership, ensuring the team receives consistent messages and has a clear understanding of business direction, strategy, and results
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as architecture, backend integration, visual design, UX teams, QA, etc.
• Experience working in an agile development environment
