Are you a commercially driven go-getter with a passion for technology?

For our growing international organization in exhibition construction, we are looking for an energetic New Business Developer. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity, technology, and commerce – with the goal of further expanding our client portfolio in two strategic pillars:

• International Exhibition Construction – with a strong focus on clients in industrial automation and technology.
• CNC-Manufactured Semi-Finished Products – for applications in the construction sector, from custom panels to functional structural components.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for both business units.
• Maintain and expand client relationships at an international level.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns (online/offline) and convert lead generation into concrete sales.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, and production to translate customer needs into smart solutions.
• Represent the company at (international) trade shows and networking events.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in exhibition construction, interior construction, or industrial production.
• Affinity with technology and a process-driven way of working (CNC, prefab, custom work).
• Commercial flair, a proactive attitude, and a good sense of customer needs.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (German/French is a plus).
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
