Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a New Account Representative located in Arcadia, CA. The New Account Representative will be responsible for opening new accounts, handling customer service inquiries related to deposits and finances, and ensuring excellent communication with our clients on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Opening New Accounts
• Knowledge of Deposits and Finance
• Attention to detail and accuracy in account management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual preferred-Chinese
