Job Summary

As a Wholesale Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing and expanding wholesale partnerships, driving significant sales growth. This role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to directly impact Maven Torch’s continued success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with wholesale clients to boost sales and retention.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends and proactively advise clients, contributing to Maven’s growth strategies.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new domestic and international wholesale accounts.
  • Sales Leadership: Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and promotions beneficial for both Maven and our partners.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support, service, and expertise to wholesale clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market data and competitor strategies to identify sales opportunities.
  • Product Education: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee wholesale accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in wholesale or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel for client visits and industry events.
