This position is based at the SAP Center in San Jose, CA, where you'll contribute to ensuring seamless operations at this venue and other high profile locations.

What You'll Do

As a Network Technician, you'll be immersed in the fast-paced world of venue IT operations, learning from experienced professionals while tackling exciting challenges. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting stadium and arena network infrastructure, with an emphasis on Layer 1 tasks like cabling, patching, and hardware installation
• Gaining practical experience in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced network systems, including Wi-Fi, IPTV, and telephony
• Collaborating with senior technicians to document network configurations, designs, and requirements
• Managing help desk tickets to resolve issues and contribute to the success of large-scale events
• Traveling to premier venues across North America to assist with onsite support and learn from real-world challenges
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Have a degree in technology, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge)
• Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
