Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Systems Manager to lead our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure team in the design and implementation of network and system architectures.
• Manage Active Directory and Windows Server environments to ensure reliability and security.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices to protect organizational data.
• Oversee infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and integrate new technologies into the existing infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network design and system design.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with cyber security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with cloud management and Microsoft Azure.
• CCNA and/or CCNP certification is a plus.
• Experience with network topology and architectural design is desirable.
• Knowledge of Windows Server licensing and implementation best practices.
