Summary

Qualification

  • Min. SMK TKJ / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Informatics.
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in Network Performance Monitoring.
  • Understand the concept and operation of basic Network.
  • Good analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze incidents and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skill with the ability to elaborate on user requirements and proficient as a project team member.
  • Up-to-date with the most current technical threats–and understanding on how to defend against them including tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Self driven and willing to learn more.
  • Available to work on 24x7 shifts at customer’s site.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Monitor client’s infrastructure and solution.
  • Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur.
  • Ensure daily operations run normally.
  • Reporting on the condition of client’s infrastructure to manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Wireless Network.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team, third parties and clients.
  • Responsible for SLA provided by customers and other tasks related to project needs.
