How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As part of our team, you will:
- Implement best Network Post Launch optimisation practices to improve Europe wide wireless networks.
- Contributes to strategic decisions within your professional area.
- Solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to customer and contribute in knowledge sharing with Nokia internal community
- Consult and optimise customer network and perform root cause analysis to support customer around Europe.
Key Skills And Experience
Your skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA , 5G FR2 and LTE architecture & exposure to latest Nokia SW releases from 23R1 onwards.
- In-depth knowledge of Nokia RRM,features and parameters.
- Demonstrated experience with 5G & LTE End to End optimization projects.
- Ability to analyse Nokia internal syslogs, eNB/gNB logs, EMIL, TTI Traces for quick troubleshooting & expedite/steer R&D analysis.
- Exposure with logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.
- Strong understanding of National Benchmarking (Umlaut, ARCEP, etc) methodology and optimisation.
- Team player, and able to work with international teams remotely with good communication and problem solving Skills.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Nokia Certified Solutions Specialist in Network Performance Services - 5G Radio Network Optimization
- Nokia ORAN/VRAN experience
- Multivendor (Huawei,Ericsson,ZTE) to Nokia swap experience, KPI, Feature mapping.
- Comfortable working with tools like ATOLL, RNP9955, ACTIX, NEMO, NETACT OSS, Plan Editor, Wireshark, LTE PAT
