We are looking for a profile to lead our Network Security Operations team, managing more than 100 network IT firewall appliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage both processes and security in a corporate environment.

Main Responsibilities

The role requires effective management of network security operations and collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Manage escalations from users and project managers.
• Provide technical expertise on the network security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and manage major incidents efficiently.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with Security & Compliance architects and engineers.
• Enhance service processes and security measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services offered.
• Mentor junior team members to boost their expertise.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of international and industrial corporate network infrastructure.
• Proficient in Palo Alto network components (STRATA, PRISMA).
• Extensive knowledge of network security best practices in business and industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of LAN (routing and switching), WAN, and overall networking concepts.
• Robust network troubleshooting skills.
• Project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to create technical documentation relevant to the scope.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Leadership skills to guide and support the team.
• Capability to perform under pressure during incident crises.
