As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our network and infrastructure. Your primary objective will be to ensure the reliability and integrity of our systems, while also providing technical assistance to our clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: Monitor network performance and integrity. Respond promptly to network incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing resolution steps. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Manage and troubleshoot network and server issues. Collaborate with network architects and other team members on network optimization. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. Support and administer third-party applications and services. Develop and maintain documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools. Strong knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
