Network Operations Center Support Technician Broadband Dynamics is a facilities-based voice telecommunications carrier providing, data, Cloud services, CCaaS, UCaaS, SMS, AI, and Spam Mitigation services to commercial clients worldwide. We are hiring a Network Operations Center Support Technician to work in our fast-paced environment providing technical support. The position involves receiving incoming requests from customers and responding to emails as well as monitoring alerts, while demonstrating excellent communication working trouble tickets to resolution. The ability to complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and professional manner is critical.
