Job Description:

• Operate and manage the Business Support System (BSS) and Mobile Number Porting (MNP) system efficiently.
• Configure and update service packages, sales policies, and promotions on the BSS system.
• Participate in deployment and integration of IT and telecom services related to BSS.
• Handle customer tickets and incidents related to BSS systems.
• Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with SLA.
• Operate and periodically audit the BSS system.
• Analyze errors, assess risks, and provide system optimization solutions.
• Build operational documentation, automation tools, and processes.
• Perform regular system backup and maintenance.
• Proactively solve arising issues.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors and the management board.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in IT/telecom system operations.
• Experience with servers, Linux OS, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), software applications, or mobile apps.
• Prefer candidates with experience operating BSS systems or telecom networks.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Programming knowledge in Python or Java is a plus.
• Proficient in office software and project management.
• Certifications like LPI, OCA, CKAD, Cisco, or Juniper are advantages.
