We’re currently looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow project. This is a great opportunity for those who are strong in testing fundamentals, eager to develop testing strategies, and willing to upskill in a growing enterprise platform.

What You’ll Do

• Review requirements and proactively develop strong test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Execute FAT/UAT testing in Agile-based projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Vietnam, UK & Romania.

• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives.

• Learn and apply ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) – training will be provided.

• Contribute to defect root cause analysis and release documentation.

• Help manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Solid understanding of QA theory, testing life cycle, and testing techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in web-based enterprise systems.

• Experience in FAT/UAT coordination, test execution, and defect management.

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have / Will Be Trained On:

• Experience or interest in ServiceNow platform.

• Exposure to Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a strong advantage.

• Any knowledge of enterprise workflow tools or cloud-based platforms.
