About the Role:

As a Network Operations Engineer, the role will provide technical support to clients within the organization and its business partners. This involves day-to-day operational tasks such as configuring and maintaining Network Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Proxies, Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall, and Network Infrastructure, including Telephony Wireless, and Telco coordination.

How you'll contribute:

• Review request details and employ action in-line with organizational policies.
• Ensure BAU tasks and requests are managed by providing support within the approved SLA.
• Provide technical support to incidents within the approved SLA.
• Readily accepts cases escalated from L1 Engineers and schedule troubleshooting with clients
• Support network related incident 24x7.

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the following technologies
• Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Routing and Switching
• VPN Technologies (IPsec S2S, SSL VPN)
• F5 Load balancers (GTM, LTM, Radware, Citrix)
• Web Proxies (Cisco WSA, Sophos Web Appliance)
