Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in network operations, with a minimum of 5–7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing NOC teams and overseeing complex, large-scale network infrastructures.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with cloud-based networking environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
