Job Description:

• The individual needs to focus more on customer Service & navigate through issues like concerns on applications / network infrastructure.
• Anyone between 3-5 years with good comm skill , knowledge on basic networking / Infra knowledge & customer service should be the right fit , since the expectation is to have a balanced approach on all the points.
• The user team will report issues which the candidate will have to understand & communicate to the right team.
• They don’t need anyone to be involved in PM / pricing / costing activities.
