Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for network and security-related issues (WAN/LAN, Wired/Wireless, and Firewalls).
• Perform basic configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco network devices, Fortinet firewalls, and Trellix security solutions.
• Assist in pre/post-implementation testing, hardware acceptance, and preventive maintenance for network and security devices.
• Monitor network infrastructure and security systems to ensure performance and availability.
• Perform log analysis and incident detection using Cisco DNAC, Fortinet Security Fabric, and Trellix Security.
• Coordinate with security and network teams for incident escalation, resolution, and service requests.
• Prepare reports on network performance, link utilization, response time, and security events.
• Manage firewall rule changes, security policy updates, and endpoint security support.
• Support video/web conferencing setups and secure remote access solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 40 hours of technical training in networking or security within the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in network and security operations (wired/wireless LAN, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking, Fortinet firewalls, and Trellix security solutions.
• Familiarity with Cisco DNAC, Fortinet Security Fabric, and Trellix Security tools.
• CCNA certification is required. Fortinet NSE 4 certification is a plus.
