Job Description:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Network Security Firewalls: Fortinet, FTD and Palo Alto.
• This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of network Firewalls/VPN, IPS/IDS, SASE technologies ( Zscaler, Prisma, Umbrella etc. ) and Proxy systems, designed to protect networks and systems from malicious/unauthorized network access or misuse.
• Primary responsibilities include adding or modifying Firewalls/VPNs, IPS/IDS & Proxy rules/policies to meet customer requirements, and validating user requests.
• Troubleshooting Firewalls/VPN, IPS/IDS & Proxy fault conditions and coordinating deployment or rebuilding efforts.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support, which has a roaster that is rotated. Utilizes existing tools and leverages innovative solutions to automate tasks with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
• Provides technical support for activities that improve the security posture of client networks.
