Role Objective:

Your Impact: As Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in to manage projects with regional IT teams and IT global organization. This position is key to managing technical and organizational transformation projects within the region. Within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cybersecurity division, the Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X) is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects related to telecom, network and security.



Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Project Management: Define the objectives, deadlines, risks and budg-ets of telecom, network and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and monitor projects until completion.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
  • Change Management: Define the change organization and planning with the various stakeholders, whether for implementation or validation (i.e. functional tests with the business units). Ensure compliance with the change management process and present the changes in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for successful production deploy-ment.
  • Integration Management: lead technical changes, potentially during off-hours, ensur-ing seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with other Local & regional teams, as well as with global teams (Project Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer, etc.).
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountabil-ity.
  • Technology Watch: Stay informed of the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.





Requirements:


Technical Skills (Preferred):

CISCO Viptela / Meraki, Fortinet, Monitoring and supervision tools : Spectrum, Cacti, Ticketing systems (ITSM).

Qualifications in Agile, Prince2 or any other project management methodology

AWS



Soft Skills: Rigor: Establish precise project plans with clear deadlines and well-defined steps, Commitment: Ensure regular and transparent communication with all project stake-holders, Autonomy: Develop the ability to make independent and informed decisions to move the project forward, Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ES/EN), Problem-Solving: High analytical and problem solving abilities. Capability to think critically, Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation. Commitment to understand-ing and meeting the needs of internal clients, Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements, Reporting: Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate reports.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Strong experience in managing telecom, network and cybersecurity projects in an "Ag-ile" environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
