Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot systems running Windows 11, MacOS, iOS and other operating systems.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Administer and maintain VoIP and Unified Communications.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network security and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Outlook integration.
  • Competency in supporting iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and MacOS workstations.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Experience with mobile device support and management tools (iOS, Android).
  • Optional but advantageous: experience with security appliances and endpoint protection.
