About the Job * Lead the delivery of complex consulting engagements from end to end, with a focus on strategy, economics, policy, and investment in the space industry. * Manage operations, financial planning and contracting for the U.S. office, ensuring effective budgeting, cost control, and alignment with Novaspace's global financial policies and strategic priorities. * Represent Novaspace at senior levels with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, building and sustaining trusted relationships. * Drive business development efforts in the U.S. market, including proposal development, client outreach, and participation in key industry events. * Manage and mentor a growing U.S.-based consulting team, ensuring excellence in project execution and professional development. * Shape the strategic direction of Novaspace's U.S. operations, working closely with global leadership to align local efforts with international growth.
