The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
National Account Manager to join our dynamic B2B channel team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key national accounts, primarily within the
Education and/or Government sectors. You will leverage a
solution-selling methodology and a consultative approach, utilizing data-driven insights to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned national accounts, focusing on achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Solution Selling Expertise: Employ a deep understanding of our product and service offerings to identify customer business challenges and opportunities. Proactively propose and articulate the value proposition of tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within client organizations, building rapport and credibility through active listening, insightful questioning, and a thorough understanding of their industry and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics and market intelligence to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and develop compelling business cases for proposed solutions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on account performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development Managers, Sales Engineers, and Category Managers to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing support for national accounts.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the relevant industries.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels within assigned accounts.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on solution selling.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national accounts.
- Strong preference for experience within the Education and/or Government sector.

Beneficial Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Apple hardware and software Suite (macOS, iOS), Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Teams), and Google Suite (Google Meet and Google Classroom).
- Current understanding of the Australian Education market landscape, including key stakeholders, funding models, and technology adoption trends.
- Demonstrate understanding of the procurement cycle within Australian Government (federal, state, and local), including relevant legislation and processes, is highly desirable.
