This company is a world-renowned developer and manufacturer of premium products in the audio technology space. Their products deliver premium sound and professional audio technology to commercial businesses, audio professionals, and music enthusiasts across the globe.


With a recent pivot in business strategy, this newly created role is part of a new Professional Audio Division that provides business solutions to system integrators with solutions that include wired & wireless microphones, studio monitors, headphones and headsets, audio streaming, direct-to-broadcast, professional audio, musical instrument touring & rental, and AV integration.


By joining this world-class sales team, your role will be integral to the business growth as the region's Queensland sales lead by utilising market data and technical expertise to solidify reseller and alliance partnership sales channels.


You will have full ownersip of the Queensland reseller patch which is already very lucrative with rock solid relationships and $2 mill in revenue generated organically. Therefore, your target of $2 mill p.a. will be highly achievable.


Working fully remotely, you will join a closely-knit team with regular Inter-State catch ups and a support team of high performing Technical Consultants to help manage the more technical conversations with larger Clients.


Your expertise will also be used to proactively manage contract negotiations and act as a focal point for Business Communication projects and project teams.


We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who has a proven track record of owning their full sales cycle while also creating new strategic business opportunities through the implementation of your own tactical sales plans.


This position is for someone who knows how to build and develop relationships within the industry by using your technical aptitude, engineering curiosity and consultive approach to sell a full-service solution. A background in AV sales is essential, whether that is for a Resller or a Manufacturer

The package on offer includes an 80/20 split for a commission structure that is based on a percentage of your overall sales as well as a car allowance.


The package including car allowance will be around $150,000 p.a.
