• Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations

• Ensure all interactions with Customers, NRI and 3rd parties are supportive and professional

Desired Experience

• At least 6 years’ experience in overseeing the delivery of Power Platform services in a Managed Service environment or large government agency.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with ability to present to key NRI & client stakeholders.
• Technical experience & skills:

Development

• Design, build & maintain scalable Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) & Power Automate flows.
• Work closely with business analysts & stakeholders to understand requirements & translate them into functional solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with data sources such as Exchange, Dataverse, SQL & external APIs such as Google Maps.
• Build custom connectors & use Azure services (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, SQL Database, Blob Storage) as needed to extend capabilities.
• Apply best practices in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), solution packaging, & deployment pipelines.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance & data governance standards.

Support

• Provide day-to-day support for Power Platform applications, flows & reports, including incident resolution & user requests.
• Monitor Power Platform environments & flows for errors, performance issues, or abnormal behaviour.
• Perform root cause analysis & resolve issues in coordination with development teams where needed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to triage issues, provide functional guidance, & manage expectations.
• Maintain documentation for support processes, known errors, FAQs & runbooks.
• Support governance & compliance efforts by following naming conventions, DLP policies & usage monitoring.
