Summary

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related course.


Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP technical or integration areas. (SAP ABAP, BW/4HANA, SAP PO/PI and/or SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA 1709 and above).
  • Experience in managing large, complex, high-visibility enterprise-level projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Project Manager.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Skills:

  • SAP ABAP
  • SAP PO/PI
  • System integration to and from SAP other applications (e.g. SAP BW/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, etc.) and non-SAP applications (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).


Responsibilities

  • Manages the internal and external team of Solution Leads, Specialists and Analysts to ensure timely, within budget, and quality delivery of new applications, new functions of existing applications, and maintenance of corporate technology applications based on business objectives and maximize business benefit.
  • Responsible for the successful planning and implementation of ERP business solutions to support the overall business goals and objectives for assigned functional area. This role interacts with the lines of business customer to articulate process improvements and problem resolutions.
  • Reviews conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements based on adoption of best practices and standards.
  • Prepare business cases and oversee the development and implementation of the ERP solution.
  • Establish and maintain business process expertise for assigned functional area.
  • Highlight and identify gaps in existing functionality and frame this problem with alignment to SAP's best practice.
  • Ensures adherence to ERP Project Implementation standards and processes.
  • Responsible for the overall work quality of internal and external resources (via Delivery Partners) by ensuring that it meets the team’s technical standards.
  • Review and monitor work progress of team and manage client communication and escalations.

  • Develops partnership with clients /users by building understanding of their business objectives as well as current and future information system requirements.
  • Provides guidance and advice in the design, implementation and monitoring of enhancements and changes to existing information systems, support to all core business functions of PLDT and integration of other systems.
  • Evaluates clients / users’ information system requirements relative to the current and future IT solutions.
