Role Overview

As a SAP Consultant at Flexso Philippines, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with project teams to understand business requirements, design and configure SAP systems, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

> SAP Solution Design

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Design and configure SAP modules to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP implementations.

> Implementation and Support

• Participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

> Support and Maintenance

• Resolve incidents and issues related to SAP functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems in ECC, HANA or Public Cloud.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

> Process Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement SAP solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

> Knowledge Sharing

• Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and best practices.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a SAP Basis Consultant
• System livecycle (system refreshes, upgrades, kernel patches, add-ons)
• Database experience (Hana, MSSQL)
• Monitoring & maintaining system stability, performance, exceptions and configuration
• Preferably some experience with either:
• Security (IAS/CIS), SAP Security Notes & system hardening or BTP support
• Willing to work early in the day (PH time zone between 07h00 – 17h00)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
