MS Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Consultant will provide Level1 and level2 support on a daily basis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5 7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
• Proven ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industry-specific CRM implementations (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in large-scale or enterprise CRM deployments.
