We are seeking a Middle Application Support Engineer to join our Data Operations Team, which operates across three countries.

You will begin your journey in the Level 1 team, gaining foundational insights into our project processes before advancing to the Level 2 team to handle more complex cases. If you have a background in macroeconomics or financial services and thrive under tight deadlines, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
• Follow detailed workflows as outlined in Confluence
• Escalate cases to clients when necessary
• Validate data from financial organization websites
• Analyze macro and market data under tight SLAs
• Perform ad hoc complex requests outside of BAU tasks
• Update documentation as needed
• Handle escalations from Level 1 team once transitioned to Level 2
• Participate in incident and change management processes
• Work collaboratively within a diverse team across multiple locations
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Level 1 application support
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with external users
• Background in financial or banking companies
• Understanding of macroeconomics is a plus
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
• English proficiency at B2+ level
