Role Description

This is a full-time (32 hrs minimum) on-site role located in San Leandro, CA for a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor. The ABA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily ABA therapy sessions, conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavior management techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
