Summary

Experience : 4+ Years Location : Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune Required Skills & Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform to design, develop, and integrate technical solutions. Design and implement data migration solutions to transfer large amounts of data using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Deliver technical solutions as per specified plans, deliverables, costs, and timelines. Clearly articulate technical issues, solutions, and activities to colleagues and clients. Have hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience for at least 7+ years developing Plugins, custom workflows, custom API, etc. Collaborate with other team members including developers, business analysts, and architects to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Work with stakeholders, business users, and client’s IT teams to understand their business requirements and translating them into solution designs and Dynamics 365 applications. The role involves providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers, as well as offering friendly and professional advice and support to team members. Apply sound software engineering processes including iterative development, unit testing, source code control, and reviews. Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM Experience working as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementations. Good experience working on Power Apps and Power Automate. Good experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware. Good experience creating Web API, invoking Web API for integrating with various external and internal systems. Experience working on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards. Having worked on Azure Function, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure components will be preferred. Experience in deployment with managed solutions. Good hands-on experience working on Service modules. Advising on best practices for CRM development or integration processes. Experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks, and reporting them. Writing Technical specifications. Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment Environments. Estimating the Change requests. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes. Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge. Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening, and a consultative approach. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise team members. Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities. Should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills.
