Job Description for Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Technical Consultant (Senior/ Lead / Architect ) The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications . They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code. Required: Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment. Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC’s. Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations. Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e. g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test). Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE. Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365, Field Services etc . Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse. Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API. Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI. Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS. Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications. Experience in Data migration– data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications. Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools. DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE. Optional Skills (Preferred): SharePoint BizTalk or other Middleware technologies used for integrations Azure or other cloud solutions SSIS, SSAS and BI Educational Qualification: BE/BTECH/MCA/BSC or equivalent There is no minimum or specific experience required for Lead position except capability to deliver and willingness to learn. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. High caliber candidates can look forward at a Salary level of 50 to 100% as well over their current salary level.
