Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Consultants for development and functional analysis into large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture with a hands-on approach in designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. The focus of this role will be on all presales activities around the Dynamics 365 platform as well as methodology diagnostics and high-level solution architecting. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development while mentor junior and offshore staff.
This role is therefore kingpin to KPMG customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities
Minimum 5 - 7 years MS CRM experience
Expertise in any two of Dynamics 365 CRM module (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Experience in Power Platform- PowerApps (Canvas, MDA), Power Automate, Power Portals/Pages ( Good to have)
Have worked with Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations and Configurations
CRM Form, Views designing and configuration, Creating Relationship within Entities, solid understanding of Security Roles, field security profiles, business rules, business process flows
Worked at least 2 - 4 end to end Projects which required customizations
Work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture
Be involved in analyse and design phases of a project
Responsible for collaboration with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions.
Execute & participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations
Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM
Deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM application
Develop CRM Application using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions
Ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements
Work cooperatively in a team environment
Remain flexible on changing workloads

Must have knowledge on D365 CE
Must have done hands-on development – writing plugins
Must have power-platform: powerapps(canvas app and model driven app), powerautomate and power portal
· For Power portal, should have good knowledge in portal customization using portal studio, modifying portal UI ( html, css, bootstrap), liquid JS
Must have done worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model
Must have worked on client facing engagements
Must have worked on integrations
Good knowledge on Azure (S2S authentication, logic Apps, function app)
Good exposure on Data migration, ETL, SSIS.
Experience on 2016 Online and D365.
Writing Jscript, Workflows, actions, power automate, plugins etc.
Experience on Reports (SSRS, Power BI).
Experience in product configuration, customization viz. ( Writing JScript, Developing/Registering plug-ins, workflows and dialogs, SDK, importing data and CRM Deployment manager)
Certifications
— Any Micorosft certifications is a plus.
