About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for inbound product management of key products and services. The role involves understanding market needs, developing product requirements, executing the product roadmap, conducting competitive analysis, driving pricing strategy, and creating impactful messaging and positioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand Data Integration technologies
• Execute the product roadmap including go-to-market planning and release cycles
• Develop and manage new modules and services to expand market reach
• Analyze customer needs in relation to business drivers and market opportunity
• Provide cross-functional leadership to drive product and service expansion
• Prepare Requirement and Functional Specification documents with use cases and presentations
• Oversee product development lifecycle, release meetings, triage, and product launch
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure product quality, timelines, and customer alignment
• Conduct build vs. buy analysis and explore partnership opportunities
• Work with product marketing on positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and pricing
• Develop sales enablement content (presentations, datasheets, webinars, etc.)
• Act as a domain expert within the organization and provide internal training
• Support customer success by participating in calls, gathering feedback, and resolving issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical product management background
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software product management
• Preference for inbound product management skills over outbound
• Experience in launching products and managing full lifecycle
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.) is a plus
• Effective communication, leadership, and planning skills
• Experience in Agile development and working with distributed teams
• Exposure to international software markets is desirable
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging with leadership and stakeholders
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science; MBA preferred
