The MEPF Coordinator is responsible for planning and design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEPF) systems including developing SOP/policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP operation and maintenance matters.
Duties And Responsibilities
Inspects Fire, Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) regularly, making necessary minor adjustments and making recommendations for major adjustments to the supervisor.
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Provides guidance for technical supports and maintenance.
Follow and implements provisions for emergency management plans
May prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates in such specialties as plumbing; heating; ventilating; air-conditioning; and general piping system for noncomplex projects or those of limited scope
Prepares timely report in accordance with the approved scope and format affecting the other department, efficiency, costs and the like.
Systematically store and maintain files to ensure completeness of records and to provide easy access to reference.
Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-3Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical
