Summary

Salary: 50,000 per month

6 months contract with possible extension


We are seeking an experienced Technical Support L2 to deliver advanced technical assistance for our internal users and systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, systems knowledge, and prior experience supporting tools in the banking or financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 2 support via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Admin, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and license provisioning
  • Support cloud platforms and productivity tools such as Zoho CRM and Monday.com
  • Use PowerShell for automation and routine scripting tasks
  • Configure and manage softphone systems (RingCentral, PBX/Fusion, dial plans)
  • Handle MFA/2FA setups and support (Duo, MS Authenticator, Google Authenticator)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IAM, Talent Acquisition, Dev Solutions)
  • Document solutions, create user guides, and maintain ticketing best practices using FreshService or OTRS
  • Track performance metrics (SLA, KPI, CSAT) and generate reports with Power BI


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including Tier 2 support
  • At least 1–2 years of experience supporting teams or systems in the banking or finance industry
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, Active Directory
  • Experience in monitoring servers and network
  • Knowledge in AWS Azure
  • Strong remote support and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with scripting, ticketing tools, and IT service desk environments
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
